The salute and push ups were actually dedicated to the troops who helped out Pakistan team to perform well in training sessions.

Misbah ul Haq addressed to press on Thursday at Old Trafford, Manchester. A day before second test against England the skipper clarifies the position regarding Lords celebrations in which some unique steps were being introduced by Pakistan team last week after winning the first test.

The celebrations were nothing to do with England, only a gesture for those we worked with, Said Misbah

Misbah explained that those Push-ups and Salutes have nothing to do with England and by any means they never intended to taunt any individual, the team or crowd. Cook on the other hand did not liked any bit of those celebrations and so he should be after the disappointing performance at home of cricket.

“It’s never nice to lose at Lord’s and see the opposition like they were at the end”, said Cook

The salute and push ups were actually dedicated to the troops who helped out Pakistan team to perform well in training sessions. However Pakistan team didn’t performed in fielding department hence still a question mark about their fitness.

Misbah’s Lords Celebrations after his maiden century at home of cricket also went viral on social media.

Talking to media, Misbah also turned down the rumors about Yasir Shah’s injury. Yasir took 10 wickets for 141 runs in first test including a magic ball clearly indicates him as the trump card in upcoming matches as well.

Andreson will make a return on second test as well strengthening the pace attack of England. Obviously that provides Cook a good piece of hope in terms of doing well with the ball.
